We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Process Engineer to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations, with a critical and specialized focus on Solder Cold Plate (SCP) processes, which serve as the primary technical differentiator and top priority for this role.
What a typical day looks like: The incumbent will be responsible for managing the integrity of complex assembly processes, ensuring operational excellence, adherence to quality standards, and driving continuous innovation through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
