Sr. Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

BetterWorld builds free, elegant fundraising tools for nonprofits. We have a large backlog of high-impact UX and product design work across onboarding, dashboards, campaigns, events, donor experiences, and core flows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own end-to-end product design across multiple surfaces (nonprofit, donor, business).
• Translate messy requirements into clean, opinionated Figma designs.
• Rapidly iterate with product and engineering – low ceremony, high output.
• Create scalable components, flows, and systems (not just one-off screens).
• Raise the bar for visual clarity, usability, and coherence across the product.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years product design experience on real, shipped software.
• Exceptional Figma fluency (components, auto-layout, systems thinking).
• Strong visual taste + pragmatic UX instincts.
