Sr. Product Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, action-oriented, hands-on Senior Engineer who will be responsible for Product Lifecycle support. The activities are oriented to improve product quality, launch new plastic injection molds and reduce product cost. The candidate will also work on solving performance problems of Rain Bird products, leading investigations that prevent Rain Bird from delivering products to customers with the required Rain Bird quality. The candidate is expected to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Determine root causes of product quality issues and develop and implement systemic solutions to eliminate future recurrences.
• Develop products and process improvements to address these causes.
• Work closely with manufacturing plants on implementing improvements.
