Sr. Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Technical contact for GMM Door programs.
• During design/development phase, work with Inteva team to create and manage design/engineering open issue list, by part, to support closure of build and/or manufacturability concerns.
• Participate in internal and external build events and meetings: provide feedback for product and/or process improvements.
• Support part fabrication activities as needed; root cause and debug activities for door panels at Inteva Operations and Customer locations.
• Support business pursuit activities as needed with technical input.
• Participate in PDT Formal Design Reviews.
• Work effectively in a team environment with a cross-functional team: design, tooling, CAE, quality, manufacturing, finance, purchasing, sales.
• Generate RFQ’s as needed to supply base.
• Support internal PDT meetings and “design issue resolution” utilizing engineering tools.
