Sr. Product Owner - REMOTO

Overview

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team. The role involves close collaboration with the Product Manager, Business Owners, and development teams to translate high-level product vision and strategy into actionable user stories and tasks. The Product Owner ensures that the team understands the product requirements and works to deliver high-quality increments that meet business needs.

TPO’s are needed (instead of PO’s) where products are highly technical and require frequent ‘Tech Enablers’ to drive business features.

Backlog Management

• Own and manage the team’s user stories within the product backlog, ensuring it is up to date, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap and strategic direction set by the Product Manager.
