**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Ensures that the appropriate processes are adequately documented and followed across all systems.
+ Converts data received from the data suppliers into IQVIA standard format as per instructions.
+ Received sales, product, manufacturer, and customer files are processed using the relevant IQVIA applications and procedures to produce the relevant coding for the period.
+ Oversees all quality assurance testing and ensures that all testing is carried out prior to deliverable dispatch.
+ Responsible for timely completion of all QC-related production tasks including the off-cycle reports and other relevant tasks.
+ Conducts various checks to capture any data anomaly prior to the release of client deliverables.
+ Maintains the data quality by analyzing various reports that generate transactions which have potential issues.
