Overview
We are seeking an experienced High level Program Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise data migration program. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution, establish governance, and accelerate delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator—but a results-driven operator who can bring structure,accountability, and momentum to complex programs.


Key Responsibilities

+ Own and drive delivery of a large-scale data migration program , ensuring progress, alignment, and measurable outcomes

+ Develop and manage end-to-end program and project plans , including cross-team dependencies and timelines

+ Establish and maintain program governance , including steering committees, status reporting, and executive updates
