Experience working at large organization (5,000+ employees or more)

+ Data fluency with understanding of concepts such as data pipelines, data governance, and reporting structures

+ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, backlog management, and workflow execution

+ Strong Agile project management experience, including sprint planning, standups, and iterative delivery

+ Experience managing complex project plans, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables

+ Ability to support and coordinate data-focused initiatives such as data engineering efforts, pipeline development, and reporting enablement

+ Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Teams, ADO, OneNote) for collaboration, documentation, and project tracking
