About the role

Gencore Construction Corp.' is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects in the Isabela Cagayan Valley region. As a fulltime employee, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of complex projects, from planning and budgeting to stakeholder management and final delivery. This is a pivotal role that will have a direct impact on the success of Gencore's operations in the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
3. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed
4. Manage client relationships, facilitating clear communication and addressing concerns
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership
