Position Overview

The Project Manager – Shared Services is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a large-scale initiative to design, implement, and optimize shared service functions (such as HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, or Customer Support).

This role ensures that project goals align with the organization’s strategic objectives, are delivered on time and within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong cross‑functional leadership skills, experience with process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams within a complex global organizational environment.

In this role, the Project Manager – Shared Services will work closely with on‑shore cross‑functional teams in North America (NAM), Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC).
