Our client is a leading General Contracting firm providing construction project management to retail, commercial and office clients. Head Office in Mississauga with project across the GGTA.

Job Status: Existing Vacancy

Responsibilities

– Maintain strong relationships with internal team members, clients, and project partners.

– Enforce and adhere to the Employee Handbook and Health & Safety Manual.

– Review drawings and project documentation to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

– Negotiate and coordinate change orders or extended services with clients and/or consultants.

– Maintain and report on schedules, budget shifts, and weekly billing requirements.
