Sr. Project Manager, Research Facilities

The Sr Project Manager Facility Construction is responsible for directing all interior and exterior design and construction team activities associated with large, complex projects in order to meet identified project objectives. Projects could consist of capital renovation, maintenance, and/or repair of general building finishes. Knowledge and experience managing interdependencies between MEP and structural systems in research and healthcare settings. With minimal direction from the Manager, Construction Oversight, the Sr Project Manager Facility Construction is responsible for collaborating with key customer stakeholders across the organization ranging from front-line staff and support departments to executive leadership to identify program/project requirements and establish priorities for construction/maintenance related work.
