Sr. Project Procurement Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Procurement Manager Subsurface in developing category and subcategory strategies, monitor supplier markets, create demand forecasts, analyse spend, assess suppliers, identify and act on opportunities for added value;
- Implement activities defined in the category strategies, including agreeing final specifications and setting commercial conditions, define critical performance factors, manage tender processes, evaluation of proposals, conducting negotiations up to contract award;
- Manage contracts and follow up suppliers with regards to adherence to contractual conditions, contract variations and amendments; handle disputes and claims;
- Manage supplier relationships; monitor supplier performance, support the drive for continuous improvement and supplier development, collect supplier feedback, reduce the cost of poor quality and non-productive time (NPT), optimise supply chain processes;
