Sr QA Automation Engineer (Santiago)

Location

Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working around PT or ET. Candidates located in Santiago, Chile can work out of the office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside Santiago will be fully remote.

The Role

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer within Apply Digital, you will take a lead role in embedding quality from the earliest stages of the software development lifecycle, driving shift-left practices that prevent defects before they reach production. You will champion a proactive approach where QA is not only about validation but also about influencing design, development, and delivery from day one. You will be a key player and quality advocate, comfortable working across a balance of manual and automation testing, ensuring that no aspect of quality is overlooked.
