Telecommunications QA Engineer Location: Remote within Mexico (other locations will be ignored)

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Telecommunications QA Engineer with deep expertise in North American dial plans, emergency response systems, and contact center telephony. This is a pure QA engineering role with a strong focus on voice and call flows — Five9 experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Perform end-to-end quality assurance on telecommunications and contact center systems, focusing on call routing, North American dial plan compliance (911, 10-digit dialing, etc.), Validate call scenarios including inbound/outbound dialing, E911 triggers, and multi-site telephony configurations.
