**1.Hands‑on Reliability Execution Experience**

+ 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in reliability engineering, testing, calculating and analysis.
+ Practical experience in:

+ Reliability testing execution (e.g., HALT, HAST, ALT, Test‑to‑Failure)
+ Reliability data collection and calculation
+ Failure analysis and root cause identification
+ Supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

+ Ability to translate test results into clear engineering conclusions and recommendations.
