**Key Responsibilities**
**Quality Problem Solving**
+ Identify and analyze quality issues in production processes
+ Apply problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
+ Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
**Quality Reporting & Metrics**
+ Track and analyze scrap, FPY, blocked stock, and internal/external rejections
+ Prepare periodic quality performance reports and KPIs
**Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction**
+ Lead CoPQ reduction initiatives
