Sr. Quality Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Quality Engineer to joining a growing team supporting the Semiconductor industry. This role will support overall quality operations within the Service Technology Center, ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. The engineer will focus on reducing defects, improving process efficiency, and lowering warranty costs through root cause analysis and failure investigations. They will lead quality initiatives including audits, non-conformance resolution, and corrective actions, while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. This person will work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and global quality teams to standardize processes and implement improvements, as well as provide training on quality procedures, SOPs, and system updates.
