Sr Quality Engineer

The Senior Statistician will lead advanced statistical analysis and modeling efforts to drive strategic decisions in product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance within the Solstice organization. This role requires expertise in applying complex statistical methods and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven improvements in product reliability and process efficiency.



Key responsibilities.



+ Leadership & Strategy:

+ Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for statistical methodologies across the organization.

+ Mentor and train engineers and supervisors in advanced statistical techniques.

+ Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and predictive analytics.

+ Advanced Data Analysis & Modeling:
