Sr Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer with extensive expertise in road infrastructure and building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project cost management, quantity surveying, site supervision, billing, and coordination with clients and contractors. The role requires strong technical knowledge of civil works, project documentation, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying & Cost Management
Prepare and review Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and contractor bills.
Develop Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for building and road structures.
Perform rate analysis and cost estimation of civil works.
Prepare and review variation/deviation orders and price adjustments.
Conduct quantity take-offs and cross-section analysis for road works.
Monitor billing timelines in accordance with contractual requirements.
