About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in cost estimation, project budgeting, procurement, and contract administration for our construction projects. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and/or CEO and requires close coordination with site and office teams.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and monitor project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle
2. Negotiate and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms
3. Analyse and process contractor claims, variations, and final accounts
