Sr. Quantity Surveyor

We are urgently looking for a highly experienced
Senior Quantity Surveyor
with strong expertise in
kitchen joinery, stone, and marble works
. The ideal candidate has extensive experience handling detailed measurements, cost control, and documentation for high-end fit-out projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum
  10 years of experience
  as a Quantity Surveyor
• Proven experience in
  kitchen joinery, stone, and marble works
• Strong knowledge of
  BOQ and BOM preparation
• Excellent skills in
  cost estimation, take-offs, and pricing
• Highly proficient in
  PlanSwift
  and
  Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Available to join immediately
