Sr R&D Engineer – OLT Software (GPON/XGPON)

Job Description
As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in the development of OLT software systems for fiber-based access networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize networking features that support high-performance broadband deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the

design and development of OLT software platforms

with focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
Work on

fiber access technologies , particularly GPON/XGPON systems.
Develop

Layer 2 networking features

such as forwarding, multicast, VLANs, and QoS.
Collaborate with product management and system teams to implement features based on customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve

complex issues in telecom software and access networks .
Participate in
