Sr. Real Estate Manager, Global Realty - Mexico

Amazon is currently looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Manager to join the team and play a critical role in supporting all facility and property activity across Amazon's Mexico Network. Regular travels within the country will be required.

In this role you will support the Mexico team to ensure the timely completion of new transactions as well as asset management of existing sites, including renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space. This encompasses the entire process of working with the local management team in defining the requirements, timelines for site selection, CAR approvals and lease execution. This position also supports the Real Estate team as it related to preparing strategic plans, PMO reports, and special projects.
