Follow up on hired personnel during their first month of employment to detect possible causes of desertion, to answer questions concerning the associate ́s position and to orient new associates during their probationary period with the company.Recommends solutions to reduce absenteeism, rotation and voluntary termination of the hourly personnel in Kohler Bajio.Works with Manager-Staffing to continuously develop and implement process improvement initiatives in the areas of rec...
