**POSITION SUMMARY:**

The Sr Recruiter is an essential role to help meet the Company’s growing demand to hire top talent.   This is a key role responsible for using prior knowledge and best-in-class practices to find top talent for various organizations within Advanced Energy including Engineering and Industrial and Medical openings. This role will partner with HRBPs, Generalists, Managers, and other key stakeholders to create a sourcing strategy to fill open positions quickly and with qualified candidates. 

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Develop effective sourcing strategies and techniques using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, and other relevant passive recruitment methods.

+ Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity, providing expert advice and coaching throughout the recruitment process.
