Meets hiring goals as set by the Talent Acquisition Director by creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies utilizing a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, job fairs, open houses, networking, advertising and outreach activities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent from these efforts.
