Sr. Recruitment Consultant

The Senior Program Consultant acts as a trusted partner to the client, guiding them end to end through the requisition process; this partnership includes reviewing current business challenges and needs, consulting on available positions and job descriptions to ensure accurate scope, and delivering valuable market intelligence to advise both the client and suppliers on available candidate population and competitive compensation.

Beyond the requisition life cycle, the Senior Program Consultant maintains the relationship between temporary worker, client, and supplier and facilitates follow‑up as needed in relation to compliance, performance, and ongoing employment. Scope of responsibility may be on an expanded geographic territory or national level, within a specific functional area of expertise. Works independently under minimal supervision
