Sr Reference File Maintainer Assoc

**Role Purpose:**

Under close guidance or supervision, responsible for creating and maintaining the IQVIA outlet database.

**Job Description:**

+ Perform daily maintenance of outlet master file for US production.
+ Solicits, gathers, and validates information from different sources to identify accuracy of outlet reference record.
+ Perform daily bridging of outlet sales recycles to IQVIA database.
+ Response to outlet related queries.
+ Work on client specific projects with varying nature and business rules.
+ Responsible for maintaining work allocations sheets containing client-required details that varies from one project to another.
+ Escalate issues to the project lead or team lead.
+ Perform functions as directed by the project lead/supervisor/manager.
+ Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
