Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Release Train Engineer - SAFe/Credit Card. This position offers an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives within a dynamic credit card project, supporting a major new launch and portfolio conversion. The role involves facilitating complex Agile processes, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-value features.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings.
• Coordinate feature deployment considering dependencies, architecture, and order.
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through ARTs using tools like Kanban.
• Escalate impediments, manage risks, and support continuous improvement efforts.
