To generate business of service products from the allotted territory in line with the potential of installed machines with an
objective of achieving CTS growth targets WITHIN the CTS structure and guidelines.
Job Description
1 Business Development
- Generate orders from customers for service products,
- Promotion of Premium Plans
- Follow-up with customers to acquire orders,
-Responsible for dealer business.
IN ORDER TO achieve business level in line with installed machine population base.
2 Customer Relationship
- Collect customer feedback on service (direct & indirect)
- Analyze escalated customer-related problems and work with service to resolve them
- Analyze factors causing dissatisfaction among customers,
- Review measures and take corrective action in coordination with Zonal Manager CTS- Sales
