Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve assigned room night, revenue, and ADR targets
Proactively source new corporate, group, and long-stay business
Maintain and grow existing accounts to maximize production and yield
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and presentations
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms within approved guidelines
