is responsible for driving room revenue through proactive sales strategies, account management, and business development initiatives. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, growing existing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets aligned with Seda BGC's commercial objectives, brand standards, and Ayala values.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve assigned
  room night, revenue, and ADR targets
• Proactively source new corporate, group, and long-stay business
• Maintain and grow existing accounts to maximize production and yield
