Sr. Sales Support Executive

The incumbent will provide proactive and comprehensive services to both Internal and External customers in all aspects of the Company's import and export freight forwarding services.  

• Receive requests to execute shipments and follow up with local/overseas product teams to make bookings. 

• To conduct follow-up on the shipment status to be able to update the clients accordingly

• Obtain rates from Crane offices/vendors and prepare costing sheets and quotations.      

• Provide support in managing and growing business with our House Accounts.

• Support Sales Team in providing rate/service requests and support them on shipment related matters.

• Provide freight solutions and propose to clients.

• Escalate shipment issues and assist with resolution.      

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
