Senior Salesforce Developer Overview Our client is a well-established home improvement company based in Dallas, TX, specializing in the sale and installation of windows and doors. They manage the full customer cycle, from marketing and in-home estimates to product procurement, warehousing, and installation, serving approximately 1,250 residential and commercial clients per year. Salesforce is the central engine connecting all their business processes. The company is looking for someone who takes the time to deeply understand how the business works, cleans up and optimizes their Salesforce org, connects their tools, and helps incorporate AI where it creates real efficiency. This is not a consulting gig, they want someone fully dedicated and committed to their team for the long term.
