• Responsible for assembling a weekly deliverable on current work status & risks.
• Assess and deploy best practices for managing development in a collaborative way
• Manage requirements definition, oversee estimations, and manage day-to-day tasks to ensure timelines, velocity, and quality delivery
• Ensure and be accountable for the PMO processes adherence, documentation maintain and proper reporting on time
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of work to deliver and that expectations of timelines are aligned across all teams and with the executive team
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and are aligned with product strategy
