Sr scrum master (Monterrey)

We’re hiring a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum processes, and driving delivery excellence in enterprise environments.

This role will support a project in the reinsurance industry and requires a strong servant leader who can coach teams, improve Agile maturity, remove blockers, and keep delivery aligned across distributed teams.

Compensation

• Contract (6 months+, potential extension)
• $50,000 – $60,000 MXN gross monthly
• Mixed scheme or contractor (honorarios)
• Hybrid – Monterrey (2–4 days per month onsite)
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Advanced English mandatory

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and team collaboration
