Job Overview

The Sr. Security Consultant performs ongoing client support for complex technical performance issues and develops recommendations to ensure adherence to service level agreements and customer service excellence. The role specializes in Managed Detection and Response on the Microsoft technology stack, primarily Sentinel and Defender, acting as a subject‑matter expert while driving process improvements and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery (50%)
  • Deploy, tune, and optimize MS Sentinel and Defender platforms.
  • Onboard new customers.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for MS Sentinel and MS Defender.
  • Serve as an escalation point for SOC analysts and assigned customers on complex technical questions.
  • Handle technical account management responsibilities for assigned customers.
