Our client is looking for a Sr. Service Design Consultant (Wealth Management) to be the architect behind our future-state Wealth Distribution model.

Overview:

We are looking for a high-caliber Service Design Consultant to be the architect behind our future-state Wealth Distribution model, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and the granular details of business process design.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to scale and enhance our wealth management offers. If you are a master of service blueprints and have a deep pedigree in Wealth Management distribution.

Must Have's:

  • 5+ years of Wealth Management experience, with a heavy preference for experience working with investment dealers in wealth management.
  • Blueprint Mastery: Proven track record of designing complex Service Blueprints and L2/L3 business processes.
