Job Description

Job Title - Service Engineer   
Job Overview   
Responsible for the complete service activities of Epiroc CC in the assigned territory and supports the installed fleet to the satisfaction of customers, while ensuring Epiroc guidelines are strictly followed. Also to ensure the given business targets of organisation are achieved. 
Responsibilities   
 Equipment commissioning and warranty support: Direct or via Business Partners for Mining / Tunnel machineries. Timely reporting of warranty complaints and product quality related issues. 
Installed fleet mapping and ensure 1:1 fleet relation. MOL updating for the responsible fleets management at respective job sites. 
 Support Business Partners in the region for achieving business targets. Special focus on Key customers’ satisfaction assigned particularly to him. 
Support Business Partner with suggested stocking guides as per Machine utilisation.
