Mission

The Software Engineer 4 carries individual responsibility for the successful analysis, design, and implementation of software subsystems and modules that have been assigned. The incumbent is also responsible for addressing customer requirements, performing complex development activities requiring extensive research and analysis, leading and mentoring junior staff members, developing project schedules and ensuring schedules are met, and participating in design meetings.
