Job Description

Job Title:  Sr Software Engineer 
Compensation:  $25-32/hr 
Location:  LATAM- Remote 
Job-Type:  1 year contract, possible conversion or extension 

Position Overview:   
As an Integration & Automation Engineer, you will be the bridge between our legacy foundations and our cloud-forward future. Your mission is to dismantle silos by migrating legacy C# and PowerShell logic into a unified modern ecosystem in Python, securing our identity perimeter via Microsoft Entra ID, and ensuring our source of truth—Workday—talks seamlessly to everything else. 

Key Responsibilities  
Develop Python services with sophisticated exception handling, ensuring integrations gracefully handle API rate limits, network timeouts, and malformed payloads.
