Job Description

 This impressive Irish Country Home is a sought-after wedding venue and country hotel and boasts an award-winning restaurant that seeks out the best of classic and innovative cooking techniques. They now seek an imaginative, dedicated Senior Sous Chef with strong work ethic to join their skilled team.
 The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a similar luxury establishment with volume banqueting. Must have proven track record of implementing and monitoring HACCP procedures. Further candidate attributes include:
 Positive attitude and ‘can do’ personality
 Passion for food and cooking, with flair and imagination
 Creative and contemporary approach to devising and developing menus
 Eager and passionate about the food industry with a focus on delivering and maintaining the highest standards
