Sr Specialist FP&A

The position acts as a strategic business partner to both local and regional teams, driving efficiency, analytical accuracy and continuous improvement across FP&A processes. The incumbent supports the classical Financial Planning and Closing cycles by providing tools and analytical structures that reduce analysis cycle time for FP&A leadership and other stakeholders.

The role is also accountable for the monthly Risk and Opportunity process, supporting leadership with the necessary information, insights and tools. Additionally, the Sr Specialist FP&A will support the Sr Manager FP&A in P&L management, being responsible for understanding and analyzing key drivers behind revenue, costs, SG&A, Capex and selected operational metrics.
