Key Responsibilities:
Own franchise commercial excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities across assortment, pricing, markdowns, inventory productivity, sell-out performance and operational execution

Increase comp productivity (NS/sqm) to drive franchise channel profitability by optimizing store performance and enhancing commercial execution across the network.

Leverage data analytics, digital tools and AI-driven insights to identify performance gaps, optimize decision-making, and proactively recommend actions to improve sell-out and operational efficiency.
