Sr. Specialist, HR Reporting

**The Position**

As part of the Global Central HR Service Team, the role supports the HR Reporting and Workforce Planning processes. HR Reporting and Workforce Planning Services are providing services globally across all time zones. In close coordination with the GBS HR Process Management, the role ensures that the processes are executed in high quality and in compliance with the guidelines in all regions of the world.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

As part of the HR Reporting and Workforce Planning team, the role supports the global execution of global processes for HR reporting and Workforce Planning, this includes:

+ Review and run requested reports, advise and create new reports
+ Responsible for monitoring data quality being within the HR systems
+ With technical and analytical skills, the team specializes in reporting by extracting and transforming data from the standard HR systems.
