Senior Specialist – Marketing and Communications (Email Marketing & Events Promotion)

This hybrid communications and marketing role has two main areas: practice area marketing and communications strategy, and email marketing & event promotion channel leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice & Focus Group Strategy – build deep knowledge of legal services, markets, and client segments; maintain relationships with lawyers and BD; provide proactive communication counsel; align all marketing activities with BD strategy; apply competitive intelligence and data‑driven thinking.
• Email Marketing & Events – develop and execute bilingual integrated campaigns; coordinate with Digital Marketing for technical build; lead firm‑wide channel strategy, develop best practices, playbooks, templates; advise on funnel design, trigger logic, nurture workflows; ensure CASL compliance; monitor platform changes and share insights.
