The Position
Get ready for an exciting ride within the APAC Recruitment team as we look for our next Sr. Specialist, Recruitment This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in hiring for great talents. You'll provide strategic support in the end to end hiring process for the Asia Pacific region and work hand in hand with different functions to build teams and help the business grow.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As Sr. Specialist, Recruitment, you will execute and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles assigned. You need to adhere to the data quality standards and deliver against defined SLAs. The process includes but not limited to the following:
Leading and managing end to end hiring activities.
Partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, executing recruiting strategies and other talent related processes.
Generating candidates through passive and active sourcing methods.
