**Tasks and Responsibilities:**



You are in the driver’s seat and will manage the end-to-end recruiting activities from the kick-off of a requisition until candidate pre-boarding. In close collaboration with Hiring Manager and HR in country, you as HRBP in Recruitment will support the hiring needs within the Canada region.



You are accountable for the execution of hiring and pre-boarding processes, while continuously striving for improvements. These will focus on:
