**Overall Job Summary**

This position will manage select national Store service programs for both TSC and Petsense locations including complex revenue generating programs & services, as well as support additional company initiatives & projects as required.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**

+ Manage select revenue generating programs from Operations standpoint; these programs can include but are not limited to Bulk Propane, Trailer Rental, OCC & Pallet Recycling, and Power Plus.
+ Development and execution of Store training for all programs within area of responsibility. (5)
+ Responsibility for initiation, development, and execution of cost and efficiency improvements of all vendor programs within job description. (10)
+ Travel with Operational Partners to review programs within area of responsibility regularly. (5)
